  • All items will be sent tracked and signed for,

  • Flowers will be wrapped in tissue paper and the box is stuffed to ensure a safe delivery of your products,

  • Postage price will be combined for multiple items 

RETURN POLICY

I do not accept returns

These items are all hand made and a lot of effort and time goes into making your items for your special day.

Pictures will be sent throughout the process to keep you updated and before dispatch to ensure the items are exactly how you pictured them to be 

PAYMENT METHOD

  • Payments to be made online if ordering through website 

  • Business bank transfer accepted when ordering on others sites

  • Paypal is accepted but a 2.9 fee charge will be added to total for using their service
